IMMIGRATION PHYSICALS

Dr. Bernard is a USCIS civil surgeon.

We offer immigration physicals for $300 plus the cost of vaccines if needed.  Your immigration physical includes:

• A review of your medical history

• A physical examination

• Review of immunizations

• Blood test for tuberculosis and syphilis (required by USCIS)

• Urine test for gonorrhea (required)

• Patients without vaccine records may require: Blood test / titer for MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) and varicella immunity, Tdap booster, and flu vaccine at an additional fee
